Post Teeth Cleaning instructions

Eat only after 30 mins -1hour of the filling done.
As you will feel cold air in your gums and empty spaces around the teeth is absolutely fine.
The bleeding of gums and sensitivity will subside in some time
use a soft bristle brush to avoid wearing off the filling material.
Do lukewarm saline gargle to increase vascularity in the gums.
Do not poke the gums with tooth pick instead use floss or water flosser.
